Press Ganey appoints Joe Greskoviak as new CEO

Press Ganey has promoted Joe Greskoviak to CEO of the patient satisfaction consultancy firm, a spokeswoman confirmed Tuesday to Modern Healthcare.

Greskoviak succeeds Patrick Ryan, who has assumed the role of executive chairman of Press Ganey. A spokeswoman confirmed the executive change in response to an inquiry from Modern Healthcare. The firm hasn’t made any formal announcement of the change, although its website was updated Tuesday afternoon with the leadership changes.

Greskoviak became CEO this month after more than six years as president and chief operating officer, according to LinkedIn. His title is now president and CEO. The spokeswoman declined to disclose further details, including if Greskoviak will remain COO.

Prior to Prior Ganey, Greskoviak was a president at healthcare performance improvement company MedAssets, where he focused on business growth. He also had a role at Premier.

Ryan joined Press Ganey in 2012 as CEO. He was also at MedAssets before joining Press Ganey.
